Role Overview

We are seeking Full Stack Engineers with strong AI skills to design, develop, and deploy applications that leverage Claude AI and GenAI tools. You will accelerate engineering workflows across the entire SDLC from requirements through deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly adapt to new technologies and system designs involving Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Review code at scale and participate in substantial PR cycles for full-stack applications integrating AI features.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs using Python and responsive front-end apps using Angular 16 or equivalent frameworks.
  • Integrate ML capabilities from providers like OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock via APIs into product features.
  • Use Claude AI to accelerate SDLC tasks including code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to boost development productivity using tools like GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with AI Architects within Agile squads to deliver sprint commitments.
  • Ensure clean, secure, testable code aligned with architectural standards. Support performance tuning across platforms.
  • Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ) where required.
Tech Stack & Experience:
  • Full stack development experience: 3-5 years for proficient roles, 6-8+ years for specialist/senior levels.
  • Mandatory Skills: Angular, Java, JavaScript (TypeScript), Microservices, Python, Claude Code integration.
  • Backend: Clean API design, auth, observability with SpringBoot or similar frameworks.
  • Frontend: Responsive UIs using modern CSS/JavaScript libraries.
  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL expertise including schema design and optimization.
  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment scaling.
