We are seeking a skilled Senior Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our core engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Architecture:Create clean, secure microservices using Java.
- Cloud Infrastructure:Leverage AWS native services for resilient applications.
- Code Excellence:Drove technical quality via reviews and automated testing (CI/CD).
- Performance & Scalability:Optimize queries to ensure low-latency reliability under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership:Mentor junior engineers on Agile sprints.
- Experience:3–5 years delivering production-grade backend applications.
- Java Expertise:Core Java, OOP principles, design patterns, multithreading.
- Frameworks:Spring Boot, Spring Data.
- Databases:RESTful APIs with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL solutions.
- LLM integration (Prompt design, MCP).
- AWS Security best practices (IAM policies).
