Senior Specialist HRIS - Remote, India
The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Specialist HRIS to join their team. This position is based remotely in India but requires adherence to Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The role focuses on the operational aspects of SuccessFactors modules including Compensation, Talent, Role-Based Permissions, and HR analytics. A key aspect of this role is ensuring a positive user experience by partnering with the Annual Process team to streamline annual processes through technology, making them simple, effective, and people-focused.
Responsibilities
- Configure and test SuccessFactors Compensation and Reporting modules to support annual processes like compensation and variable pay.
- Prepare accurate and timely accruals using the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Configure and test SuccessFactors Talent Suite and Reporting modules for annual processes, including talent planning, goals, succession, performance management, and career development.
- Manage SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions for talent processes using the Qualtrics 360 Platform, focusing on features like Continuous Feedback and Development Potential.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Analytics, Information Services, Annual Process teams, and key end-users to define requirements for annual processes, system enhancements, and new system implementations.
- Deliver technology solutions that align with business processes and industry best practices, leveraging existing software functionality for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules and the Qualtrics Platform.
- Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics; excellent MS Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into system configurations and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics, and processes.
- Required experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Preferred experience with SuccessFactors Talent Suite, Role-Based Permissions, Reporting, and the Qualtrics 360 Platform.
