Senior Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform and healthcare domain expertise to design, develop, and support secure, scalable cloud-native applications using Vertex AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Java Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices.
• Deploy cloud-native apps on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Functions, PubSub, Storage).
• Integrate Vertex AI capabilities including generative models, prompts, and automation workflows for healthcare use cases.
• Apply responsible AI practices to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business/clinical requirements into technical solutions compliant with HIPAA standards (PHI/PII protection).
• Participate in CI/CD, testing, performance tuning, and production support.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Secure SDLC.
• Hands-on GCP services (Cloud Run, Functions, PubSub).
• Vertex AI integration and generative AI workflows.
• CICD pipelines, Git, Containerization, DevOps.
• Healthcare domain knowledge (claims, patient engagement) with HIPAA compliance understanding.

Mandatory Skills:AI-assisted development, Application Security, Java Microservices, Spring Boot, Vertex AI.
Good to Have:Apigee, GCP Pub/Sub, Kubernetes, Terraform.
