Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role

You will serve as the lead technical advocate for Upmarket Enterprise and Majors AE teams across West US accounts. This role requires a well-rounded Solutions Engineer with broad knowledge of Zoom's full UCaaS stack, not just a single product line.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Enterprise and Majors AEs to drive technical sales engagements for the full Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI).
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, custom demos, and proofs of concept (POCs) for complex enterprise collaboration challenges.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate, translating requirements into product recommendations and driving feature requests internally.
• Articulate architectural advantages and enterprise AI use cases to decision-makers from practitioners to executives.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform internal roadmaps.
