The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack AEM Engineer to design scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise healthcare platforms. You will build reusable components, guide technical decisions, implement modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, and leverage Java/OSGi backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AEM components, templates, workflows, client libraries, and content authoring capabilities.
• Build robust backend services with Java, Sling Models, OSGi, Servlets, JCR/Oak, Maven, and REST APIs.
• Create modern frontend experiences using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Integrate React components into AEM pages using scalable architecture patterns.
• Implement Headless AEM solutions utilizing Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and Experience Fragments.
• Design integration patterns between AEM content, Next.js applications, and external platforms/APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack including Dispatcher, Cloud Manager, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive DevOps readiness best practices (SEO, Accessibility, Core Web Vitals).
