Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) - Gurugram, Haryana

TartanHQ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Software Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. This role involves taking ownership of our business applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in developing user-facing features using React and enhancing application robustness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modular, scalable, and responsive React applications with a focus on user delight and seamless experiences.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to implement UI/UX designs from prototypes to production.
• Utilize state management tools such as Redux for efficient application state management across platforms.
• Optimize frontend performance and scalability to ensure smooth application performance on various devices.
• Work with design frameworks like Material Design, CoreUI, or Chakra UI to maintain a cohesive visual presentation.
• Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to bring new features to life.
• Contribute to the architecture of React applications, emphasizing modularity, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Establish best practices to assist the team in achieving technical tasks and drive continuous improvement in product and team technology.
• Experiment with and drive the adoption of new and relevant technologies and tools, measuring impact.
• Develop clear, performant, and maintainable code.

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in front end development.
• Expertise in React.js with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with test-driven development and pair programming.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
• Good understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with modern development tools including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Experience in an agile development environment, contributing to both frontend and backend aspects.
