Senior Software Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives across the stack and has a passion for both infrastructure and automation. You'll contribute to building core product features, improving system performance and scalability, and creating automation workflows that support our internal team and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across backend (Python) and frontend (JavaScript/Vue.js).
• Support and scale Kubernetes infrastructure for production environments.
• Develop scalable test and workflow automation frameworks using Selenium and related tools.
• Collaborate directly with customers, clinical stakeholders, and internal teams to identify business process improvements.
• Design and integrate automation scripts into systems including APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and databases.
• Conduct workflow analysis to propose efficient automation strategies aligned with healthcare goals.

Required Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Expert programming skills in Python and Django framework.
• Strong expertise using Selenium for browser automation testing.
• Demonstrated experience deploying, scaling, and monitoring Kubernetes clusters on AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, debugging tools, and observability platforms like Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
