About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote position with our client operating at scale in the conversational AI space. You will help develop voice agents that resolve customer interactions for large organizations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver full-stack product features focusing on real-time voice and LLM capabilities.
• Integrate speech recognition, text-to-speech, and language model functionalities into production systems.
• Collaborate with ML teams to transform customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Enhance system latency, reliability, cost efficiency, and UX for millions of users.
• Support developer experience (DX), service reliability, and platform infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience with senior-level ownership.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with full-stack product development skills.
• Practical experience deploying large language models (LLMs) in production.
• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices.
