Senior Software Engineer

A rapidly scaling Series C AI platform, backed by investors of Salesforce, Zoom, and Veeva, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join their US or Canada-based fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer who excels at the intersection of deep technical work and direct customer engagement. You will be responsible for architecting bespoke solutions, influencing the product roadmap, and owning the end-to-end customer relationship, acting as a technical co-pilot for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include leading discovery calls, debugging integration issues, building trust with high-level stakeholders, developing onboarding frameworks, and establishing delivery standards. Mentoring future Forward Deployed Engineers will also be part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of software engineering experience (beyond pure services or PM roles), with production-grade proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Field/Consulting Engineer is required. Experience with SaaS scale-up companies (comparable to Databricks) and strong, tested system design instincts are essential.
