Full Job Description
Masters India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SDE 3) to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and scaling modern SaaS products. Beyond feature delivery, you will influence system architecture, develop intelligent product experiences, and leverage AI to enhance both product capabilities and developer productivity. You will also mentor junior engineers and champion engineering excellence. Collaborating closely with product, design, data, and platform teams, you will deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Product & System Engineering
- Design and build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
- Take full ownership of features from design and development through deployment and monitoring.
- Develop intelligent product features using LLMs and AI services.
- Create user experiences and AI-powered workflows including smart automation, data extraction, conversational interfaces, copilots, summarization, insights, anomaly detection, and intelligent alerts.
- Ensure responsible AI usage, privacy, and system reliability.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor engineers and elevate the technical standards across teams.
- Partner with product managers and designers to define innovative solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and influence key engineering decisions.
- Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Engineering
- A minimum of 6 years of software development experience in building modern web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of component-driven architecture.
- Proven experience in building and scaling production SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI frameworks such as Ant Design, Tailwind, or MUI.
- Strong grasp of API integration, asynchronous data handling, and state management.
- Solid foundation in system design, performance optimization, and browser rendering.
- Experience in enhancing application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in frontend testing, debugging, and maintainability best practices.
AI & Modern Development
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production systems.
- Understanding of prompt design, response handling, and AI reliability patterns.
- Demonstrated experience building AI-powered product features or workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools and workflows.
Scalability & Reliability
- Experience designing high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.
- Proficiency in observability tools including logging, monitoring, and tracing.
- Skilled in performance optimization and debugging production issues.
Good to Have
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming systems.
- Knowledge of search, analytics, or data pipelines.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Understanding of security & compliance best practices for enterprise software.
- Experience with usage-based billing, audit trails, or compliance systems.
