Role Overview
We are hiring a Tech Lead (Senior Software Engineer) to own a significant part of Saleshandy's core infrastructure. You will lead teams working across the full stack while remaining one of our strongest individual contributors.
You define architectural direction, solve the hardest problems yourself in design reviews, and ensure there is one right way for critical systems (retries, data integrity) to function globally. This role requires high agency: you unblock cross-team dependencies, own customer-facing metrics, and set standards that scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical Direction: Hold the whole system in your head to guide architectural trade-offs between queues, streams, services, and data stores.
- Built-in Builder: Design and ship complex solutions; don't just manage work—solve it yourself when others miss edge cases at volume.
- Quality Assurance: Run design reviews that catch race conditions and partial failures before they break production.
- Operability: Ensure every release is observable, alerted upon, and runnable by multiple engineers without friction.
- Talent Growth: Develop your team members' skills while providing honest, evidence-backed feedback to leadership on their potential.
- Hiring & Culture: Lead interview loops for top talent and champion a culture of ownership over simple ticket management.
