Description

You will join the Salesforce developer team for a strategic initiative within Qatar Airways. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements (including non-functional), devise technical solutions, participate in design reviews, and lead system architecture to ensure consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Configuration & Lead Management: Configure Salesforce to capture, qualify, and route leads efficiently. Utilize Flow for automation, set up lead conversion processes (field mapping), and implement scoring/nurthing strategies.
• Opportunity & Forecasting: Manage opportunity stages, price books, and build forecasting models/dashboards for accurate pipeline visibility to leadership.
• Sales Automation & Process Optimization: Streamline activities using Flow (data entry, follow-ups), configure approval processes, and leverage Einstein AI features like activity capture and scoring.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop complex reports (summary, matrix) and dashboards. Implement Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics to provide KPIs on pipeline velocity, close rates, and rep performance.
• Coding & Integration: Write bulkified Apex code (triggers, classes), build UI with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrate third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience Cloud Consultant Duties: Manage security/sharing for external users in Experience Cloud sites. Configure permission sets, sharing groups, authentication methods (self-registration/social sign-on).
• CMS & Data Integration: Integrate content/data into Experience Cloud using Salesforce CMS and custom LWCs to create a unified user experience.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Firm understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in external system integrations with a deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of platform out-of-the-box functionality, specifically regarding security options.
• Familiarity with cloud/on-premise middleware and enterprise integration technologies (Oracle, SAP).
• Thorough understanding of the full Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Complete mastery of Governor Limits to write efficient code.
• Mandatory Experience:
• Minimum 5 years developing on the Salesforce platform.
• 2+ years managing Enterprise implementations (>300 users) with integrations like Oracle/SAP.
• Experience leading at least one complex data migration (ETL efforts).
• Demonstrated global delivery experience and CRM business impact understanding.
• Strong technical foundation in advanced structured programming (Apex, Java/.NET), relational databases, and system design.
• Proven ability to implement Batch/Schedule Apex development.
• Proficiency with web services for enterprise data transport.
• Familiarity with the full Salesforce.com lifecycle: strategy definition, prototyping, testing planning, and training support.
• Expertise in tools: Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, Force.com IDE, VS Code, Migration Tools, Event Monitoring.
