This role is based in our Gurugram office with a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Noida location).

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in Python/Go within Infrastructure, you will maintain core architecture for authentication, authorization, account management, multi-tenant structures, public APIs, event-driven Kafka integrations, and ensure high availability across regions. You will own production services including metrics, tracing, alerting, and on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate backend services for authentication (SAML, OIDC) and account management (SCIM).
- Model multi-tenant structures: organizations, teams, membership, roles.
- Evolving public/internal APIs with proper versioning and backward compatibility.
- Building event-driven integrations over Kafka with schema design expertise.
- Maintaining fast services across multiple regions using Python 3.12+ or Go 1.23+
