Senior Software Engineer

About this role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead complex technology initiatives across the enterprise. You will design, code, test, debug, and document solutions for large-scale projects while acting as a key participant in developing engineering standards.

• Develop best practices for engineering complex technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior experts to resolve issues and lead teams or mentors.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience in Python, React/Angular, and distributed data processing (PySpark).
• Hands-on experience using Copilot AI tools for development and testing.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience leading complex systems in regulated environments.
• Expertise in big data technologies like Flink, Hadoop, Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP.
• Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts including Generative AI models and Agentic frameworks.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and enterprise controls.

Job Expectations

You will deliver high-quality engineering outcomes during Data Center exit migrations and DPC onboarding. This role requires working in-office as per the organization's RTO policy at locations like Hyderabad or Bangalore.
