We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python backend development and full-stack engineering to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building scalable applications, REST APIs, microservices, and high-performance React.js applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices; develop responsive frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and security improvements. - Collaborate with product, design, QA, engineering, and global stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Mentor junior developers, demonstrate technical ownership, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. Mandatory Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong Python proficiency with React.js (MANDATORY). - Expertise in Django/FastAPI/Flask, JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML5/CSS3. - Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservices using SQL & NoSQL databases. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms. AI-Assisted Software Development (Required): - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like Claude/Claude Code or similar tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, code review, and delivery acceleration. - Ability to critically review, validate, secure, test, and improve AI-generated code using sound engineering judgment. Good-to-Have Skills: - Laravel/PHP, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, DevOps practices. - Experience in product-based companies or open-source/independent projects. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong ownership and leadership mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable with client-facing, cross-functional, and global interactions. - Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities. - Passion for technology, experimentation, and continuous learning. - Demonstrates initiative through side projects, prototypes, open-source contributions, or hackathons.
