Join Xplor Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer in Pune, India, and contribute to the development of QikKids, a business management solution for Childcare services, primarily serving the Australian market. QikKids streamlines operations including bookings, payments, and staff management, and plays a critical role in government compliance and reporting.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality applications using C++, .NET, and C#. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and fellow developers to craft exceptional user experiences across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust software applications using C++, MFC, C#, and SQL. You will analyze software requirements, write efficient and reusable code, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application performance and scalability. Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with expert proficiency in C++ and experience with SQL database technologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control systems like Git, and the software development lifecycle is essential. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) desktop applications, MS Access, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP/DVC), C#, and .NET.
