Overview

The Global Product Engineering team develops foundational payment solutions within the Network & Digital Payments group, bringing security, convenience, and control to digital payments globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Deploy applications on PCF or Kubernetes (K8s).
• Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular or React.
• Create automation solutions for testing (Java, JUnit, Rest Assured, Cucumber) to ensure high test coverage across unit, integration, and performance levels.
• Apply secure coding practices using tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Experience: 6-9 years in Full Stack Software Development.
• Backend: Strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices expertise.
• CLOUD/DEPLOYMENT: Hands-on with PCF, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and Cloud-native platforms.
• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, or React.
• Databases & APIs: Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL SQL queries and RESTful API design/validation.
• Cybersecurity: Understanding of X.509 certificates, Public key cryptography, JWT, Hashing, Digital signatures.

Nice to Have

• AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
• Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Open-source contributions or payment domain expertise.
