Role Overview

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Identity Security Cloud Business Services group. This role focuses on defining API management strategies for SaaS products like Access Certifications, Password Management, and Provisioning within a cloud-native AWS microservices architecture.

Drive planning, design, construction, and review of REST/GraphQL APIs.
Design and deploy efficient Java-based (Spring Boot) microservices in multi-tenant environments.
Collaborate on unit/end-to-end testing to maximize code coverage using SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Redis, and monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
