Role Purpose

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies. The goal is to enable the delivery of reliable, high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices under senior guidance.
• Leverage Git and Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, build management, and deployment.
• Participate in peer code reviews to learn from feedback provided by senior developers and team leads.
• Support application performance improvement through optimization techniques.
• Engage actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide regular updates on assigned tasks ensuring timely completion of development activities.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance technical skills.

Key Decision Areas

• Determine validation logic, input sanitization, and security practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Implement effective error-handling mechanisms and logging strategies for debugging and monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply caching, asynchronous processing, or query optimization to enhance performance.

Major Challenges

The role requires delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines while adapting to evolving technologies. It involves gaining experience with moderately complex systems and developing end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks over time.
