Senior Software Engineer

IntegriChain is enhancing its Engineering team to manage large-scale healthcare and pharmaceutical data processing. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on advanced programming, automation, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality, reliable product functionalities. You will collaborate closely with product, QA, and other teams during refinement to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Anticipating challenges, leading by example, improving engineering practices, and ensuring system scalability, performance, and maintainability are key expectations. You will own major components, conduct rigorous code reviews, and contribute to the long-term technical vision.

• Develop and maintain stable products utilizing the latest technology stacks and frameworks within an Agile and DevOps environment.
• Deliver high-quality solutions efficiently, meeting project deadlines.
• Utilize AI models and tools (e.g., Copilot) for code generation, test case creation, code analysis, and optimization.
• Contribute to the modernization and enhancement of applications with current technologies.
• Act as a problem-solver, leader, and team player to drive collective achievements.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, review, and deployment.
