Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Endpoint Software Engineer to help develop and maintain Kaseya's endpoint management agents across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms. You will work alongside senior engineers to deliver new capabilities, improve platform reliability, and solve complex device management challenges.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement new features for endpoint agents across multiple operating systems.
- Develop software components supporting monitoring, automation, patching, inventory collection, and device management.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and production escalations; participate in root-cause analysis.
- Work with Product and Support teams to understand customer enhancement requests.
- Improve agent stability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop integrations with operating system management and security frameworks.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing system software or platform services.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Windows internals, endpoint management, Win32, WMI, ETW, Registry, P/Invoke, Windows Services.
- Deep understanding of at least one operating system platform (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Familiarity with MDM ecosystems such as Intune, Apple MDM, Android Enterprise, and Linux management tools.
