Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Join our Pune Corporate Office to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies. You will enable reliable, high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Major Activity 1: Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based applications using .NET Core, Angular, and WebAPI. Write clean, efficient code following best practices. Develop data access layers using Entity Framework/ADO.Net/Dapper to optimize queries. Build microservices for scalable application development. Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Major Activity 2: Conduct peer code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and optimize performance through caching and async processing.
• Major Activity 3: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.

Key Decisions

You will make critical decisions on validation logic, input sanitization, security practices, error-handling mechanisms, logging strategies, and performance optimization (caching, async processing) to address bottlenecks. You will also suggest product enhancements aligned with business goals.

Major Challenges

The role involves delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines while adapting to rapidly evolving technologies. Key challenges include balancing performance/scalability, ensuring security/compliance, integrating legacy/third-party systems, managing large data volumes, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
