About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Provider Infrastructure and Roster Management teams. You will build, evolve, and scale core systems that store provider, location, and roster data as a reliable source of truth.
Your Impact on Our Mission
- Create and scale the infrastructure for power-onboarding experiences for practices ranging from solo providers to large health systems.
- Ensure accurate information propagation downstream to Search, Availability, Analytics, and Integrations using high-scale data flows.
- Migrate legacy systems toward modern event-driven architectures while maintaining robust observability.
Your Day-to-Day
You will write clean, well-tested code across C#, React, AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda), and asynchronous event processing. You'll collaborate with PMs, designers, and operations partners to solve real customer problems using generative AI tools responsibly.
Requirements & Benefits
- 6+ years of professional experience in distributed systems or high-scale applications.
- Comfort working across the full stack (C#, .NET, AWS) with an emphasis on resilience and performance.
