About The Role

TTEC Digital seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Platform — Backend / AI/ML / Integrations) to join our innovation group. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity where you will help build the next generation of AI CX tools for the world's biggest brands.

At TTEC, we are at an inflection point in public AI. By shipping products into thousands of live enterprise deployments, you directly influence company trajectory and value. We operate with a "show-me" bias: working software over slides and prototypes over proposals.

Your Work & Impact

You will build voice-enabled platforms combining desktop intelligence and real-time event-driven systems. You'll own services on high-throughput event buses (NATS-class), WebSocket backends, AI/ML pipelines involving RAG and streaming inference, or robust connector frameworks for CCaaS/CRM ecosystems.

We are looking for self-starters with grit who love new technology. You must be comfortable adapting to changing tools and models without drama. As an "AI-native" engineer, you should use AI daily to accelerate development and possess a strong command of distributed systems.

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years in backend engineering with HIGH++ proficiency in GoLang (mandatory).
• Mastery of event-driven architectures using NATS / Kafka / Redpanda-class platforms.
• Strong experience with WebSockets, real-time systems, and low-latency requirements.
• Solid hands-on AI/ML background: building with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or model serving is required (not just usage).
• Daily use of AI-assisted development to multiply velocity.
