About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to join our team designing, developing, and supporting client-facing applications for the PrismHR HCM SaaS solution. Our platform powers over 2 million worksite employees and processes $80 billion in annual payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality code with a strong sense of ownership.
- Maintain code quality through best practices including rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Engineering Managers to deliver customer value continuously.
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 8-12 years of development experience required using Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Web Forms.
You must have hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.5+, JS Report 3.11.x, SQL/PostgreSQL queries, Entity Framework (6.x & Core), ADO.NET, and Agile methodologies using Jira/GitHub.
Strong proficiency in n-tier architecture and Object Oriented Programming is essential.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with modern microservices architectures and Kubernetes/Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Clinet-side framework expertise: jQuery, Angular 12+, or React.
