As a NetSuite expert, you'll be part of the team responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and customization of our NetSuite ERP system to support business operations and drive efficiency across the organization.In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our NetSuite environment while developing customizations, integrations, and solutions to meet business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to ensure our NetSuite implementation maximizes value and supports company growth.Areas of Responsibility: Essential Functions Administer the NetSuite ERP system, managing user access, roles, permissions, and system configuration.Configure the Netsuite modules as per company’s requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues reported by end usersMaintain system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and standard operating proceduresImplement and manage data integrity controls and security protocolsPerform regular system maintenance, updates, and testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirementsWork with the technical lead to design and develop solutions to enhance NetSuite functionality.Create and manage custom forms, fields, records, and workflowsDevelop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboardsLead NetSuite release testing and coordinate system upgradesDevelop and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applicationsSupport data migration projectsManage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.Develop test plans before deploying to productionStay current with NetSuite features and functionality to recommend process improvements.Mentor software engineers on NetSuite development best practices and enhance their technical expertise.Conduct knowledge transfer sessionsCreate and maintain documentation for development guidelinesReview code and provide constructive feedback to improve team capabilities Desired Traits: Distinguished skills, abilities, features, character, and quality. Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP6+ years of proven experience in designing, building and implementing solutions in NetSuite.In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules such as GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorldProficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scriptingKnowledge of system integrations and data migration.Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.Familiarity with Agile Software Development, Jira, GitExcellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with PLM systems like Arena preferred.NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or other relevant certifications, are a plus.Willing to learn new systems.
