Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and ongoing maintenance of our applications, ensuring optimal performance and high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust software applications utilizing the MERN stack.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and scalability.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Continuously learn and acquire new technologies and certifications as required by project demands.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science will be considered a significant advantage.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications with demonstrated experience in:
• Node.js
• React.js (Knowledge of Angular is a plus)
• Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle/SQL Server/Postgres)
• SQL
• NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Open-Source Technologies.
• Database management tools like Liquibase / Hibernate are preferable.
• Well-versed in DevOps practices (e.g., Azure DevOps) and cloud PaaS environments.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and version control with Git.
• Strong understanding of coding standards and debugging capabilities.
• Solid experience in Software Development Lifecycle and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn.
