Senior Software Engineer Lead

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Lead specializing in React, Python, Cloud technologies (Azure), and Generative AI. You will design, build, deploy, and support secure cloud-based applications that directly improve health outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support secure cloud-based applications using Azure services including OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, Service Bus, etc.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrations leveraging React, TypeScript, Python, SQL, modern engineering practices, Agile/Lean methodologies
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity; integrate LLMs, Gen AI services, agents into applications
• Promote code quality through reviews, technical design discussions, continuous improvement activities under senior leadership guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience with 7+ years Agile software development
• 4+ years cloud environment/architecture (Azure preferred)
• Hands-on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL database, modern web app development skills
• Experience designing/deploying applications integrating LLMs, Gen AI services, agents or intelligent automation capabilities.
• Solid Python experience developing scalable enterprise-grade microservices/SOA solutions
