Senior Software Engineer

Role description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Python development and API design. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Build cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP services including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, PubSub, Dataflow, and BigQuery.
• Develop data processing pipelines using Python and GCP tools to handle large datasets.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git (GitHub/GitLab), Cloud Build, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure security compliance using GCP-native tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-based data architectures.
