Senior Software Engineer Roles

We are hiring two Senior Software Engineers. One position focuses on our Infrastructure Team, and the other on our Data Feeds Team. Both roles are fully remote and based in India, with standard work hours from 8 am to 5 pm IST. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across US/SG/China is required.

Responsibilities for Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure Team

• ERP Data Connector Specialist: Implement connectors to ingest ERP data, ensuring high availability and accessibility at all times.
• Backend API Master: Develop and upgrade backend APIs to meet evolving customer requirements and market demands.
• ERP Data Storage Maestro: Manage and optimize ERP data storage, ensuring efficiency, security, and readiness.
• Business-Tech Liaison: Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Service Maintenance and Upgrade Champion: Maintain existing services, perform iterative upgrades, deploy improvements, and ensure service governance.
• Global Team Player: Collaborate effectively with US/SG/China teams, adapting to different work hours as needed.

Responsibilities for Senior Software Engineer - Data Feeds Team

• Data Pipelines Maestro: Develop, optimize, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Data Systems Guardian: Maintain and enhance the stability, reliability, and high availability of existing data systems and services.
• Data Architecture Builder: Contribute to the design and refinement of an expandable, high-performance data architecture.
• Data Services Provider: Deliver high-quality, reliable data services to internal users across various teams.
• Business-Aligned Data Designer: Design and implement data functionalities and visualizations aligned with product and business requirements.
• Third-Party Data Integrator: Oversee integration and maintenance of collaborative data with third-party clients, addressing their data mining and analytical challenges.
• Global Team Player: Collaborate effectively with US/SG/China teams, adapting to different work hours as needed.
• Data Governance Enforcer: Uphold best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of backend experience.
• Strong computer science foundation, including common data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Familiarity with open-source components such as Mysql, Redis, Message Queue, or Nosql.
• Experience with ElasticSearch or Spark (for Data Feeds Team).
• Experience in architecture and developing large-scale distributed systems (for Infrastructure Team).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to abstract and split business logic.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes/Docker, Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
