Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues effectively.

System Design & Architecture

• Design and implement scalable and reliable system architectures.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Uphold best practices for coding standards and software design.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver top-tier solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth.
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and development processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the improvement of development tools, workflows, and practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Work Details

• This is a full-time position.
• Flexible work arrangements are available, subject to company policies.
• Work Location: In person at Kolkata Mint, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Salary: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
