About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Java SpringBoot, Azure or Kubernetes, AI/ML to lead technical challenges and drive architectural alignment with business goals. As an individual contributor and mentor, you will design, develop, deploy application features, conduct technical spikes for new technologies, and guide team members in resolving blockers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead ensuring alignment with architecture and business objectives.
- Evaluate new approaches via functional/technical spikes and communicate findings effectively.
- Lead design, development, and deployment of critical application features.
- Mentor team members to resolve blockers and accelerate skill growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years professional experience.
- Full SDLC expertise with hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MongoDB, and DevOps tools.
- Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML technologies, system design, and data structures.
