You will play a key role in driving technical strategy, ensuring project delivery, and fostering technical excellence within our engineering team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute technical strategy, incorporating industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Champion technical excellence, quality, and best practices within the engineering team, providing guidance on complex technical challenges.
• Liaise with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities.
• Communicate engineering strategies, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts including multithreading, OOP, Collections, data structures, algorithms, and synchronization.
• Experience building end-to-end applications, from backend to the persistent layer.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for coding.
• Strong team building, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential.
