Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a Java Fullstack background to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will:

• Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to software engineering best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of the code lifecycle from design and implementation to test automation and delivery of a high-quality product.
• Build intuitive software that allows customers to easily extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, as well as enhance our existing product suite.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact.
• Experience with AI productivity tools like Cursor or Windsurf is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
• A strong passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, emphasizing reusability and componentization.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong analytical and design skills.
