Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software by solving complex problems using modern architectural patterns. This role drives Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices while leveraging expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to multiple development teams within the Platform & Application organization.
• Solve unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Propose architectural designs aligned with business requirements and justify design choices between available technologies.
• Assess, review, test, and implement architecture patterns ensuring alignment across delivery teams.
• Oversight system architecture to ensure flexibility, loose coupling, and appropriate performance for business needs.
• Maintain efficient software methodologies aligned with Agile/Lean principles, fostering frequent learning and iteration.
• Contribute hands-on development of specific software components within the team.
• Align with DevOps principles, establishing high degrees of automation in CI (Continuous Integration), CD (Continuous Deployment), and operational monitoring.
• Embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance into skills, processes, and architecture.

About You

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields with 4 to 8 years of proven software development experience. Ideally, you possess:

• Strong proficiency in modern front-end (Angular v10+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end technologies.
• Solid knowledge of responsive UI frameworks and libraries including micro-front-end architectures.
• Experience with automated unit/integration testing frameworks like Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, or Go testing tools.
• Expertise in API design (RESTful services), gRPC, scalable web applications using Python or Golang, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and distributed systems principles.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL databases and Redis.
• Mastery of containerization/orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design/maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and releases.
