Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java + AI) to lead the design and development of intelligent, scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about integrating generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents into enterprise-grade applications. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Architecting and implementing AI-powered features and services, including integration with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks.
- Building and integrating AI solutions via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to deliver innovative AI-driven capabilities.
- Developing secure, high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
- Optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Staying updated with AI advancements to solve real-world business challenges.
