About the Role
We seek a talented Senior Software Engineer who is best-in-class, possessing both high IQ and EQ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment within a rapidly growing team.
Compensation Range: $5,000 - $9,500 USD per month for this senior development role (8+ years experience).
Your Responsibilities
- Design software applications and features in Golang and React.
- Build distributed architectures that scale highly while maintaining consistency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to design market-winning products.
- Develop metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineering teammates and lead small development teams as needed.

What You'll Do
- Design applications and features in Golang and React.
- Build distributed architectures for scalability.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on market-winning products.
- Develop metrics to drive continuous product improvement.
- Deliver high-quality, testable features adhering to reporting standards.
- Mentor teammates to elevate their experience and knowledge.
What We Look For
- At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Ability to bring new ideas and build consensus.
- Experience building REST APIs using Go (preferred), Java, Python or similar languages.
- Distributed, cloud-based architecture experience (transactional outboxes, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL databases through ORM tools.
- Familiarity with observability platforms (Prometheus, NewRelic, Datadog).
- DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized microservices on Kubernetes/AWS.
- Demonstrated history of delivering commercial APIs to market.
