About the Role
Weave is building the operating system for small healthcare practices, powering critical communication, payments, and AI-driven experiences. We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead our mobile development efforts across India. This role combines expert Flutter/Dart skills with deep native iOS expertise.
You will own critical parts of the mobile lifecycle, including architecture design, automated testing (CI/CD), deployment engineering, observability, and incident response for thousands of healthcare practices relying on these tools daily.
What You Will Own
- Mobile Architecture: Design scalable Flutter/Dart applications integrated with native iOS and Android systems.
- CI/CD & Releases: Build robust GitHub Actions and Fastlane workflows for seamless App Store and Play Console deployments.
- Test Infrastructure: Define strategies for unit, widget, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing to ensure production readiness.
- Operations: Manage dependency updates, SDK upgrades, release health monitoring, crash reporting (Sentry/Crashlytics), and incident response.
What You Will Need
- Experience: 5+ years in professional mobile engineering with deep production Flutter experience.
- iOS Expertise: Strong native iOS development using Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, and Xcode tools.
- Android Knowledge: Proficiency with Kotlin/Java, Android SDKs, Gradle builds, and release processes.
- Pipelines: Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for mobile app distribution.
- Testing & Monitoring: Mastery of testing frameworks (bloc, integration) and analytics tools like Firebase Analytics.
- Real-time Features: Implementation knowledge of WebSockets for live communication and push notifications (FCM/APNS).
