Senior Software Engineer - US Fintech India Team
Location: Remote (India)
About the Role
We are partnering with a leading US fintech to anchor their expanding India engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own complex systems end-to-end and set the technical standards for your peers.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, maintainable production-grade systems under real load conditions.
- Drove architecture decisions and lead debugging efforts to resolve critical production incidents.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices in design, testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product leadership to scope technical roadmaps and sequence feature work.
Who You Are
You possess 5-10 years of experience building production systems at scale. You have strong system-design skills regarding performance, reliability, and cost optimization. You are comfortable owning a service from initial design through on-call support. Clear written and spoken English is essential for this remote role.
