The Mission

xHawk is building the core engine for an AI agent economy. We are shifting from selling software tools to enabling businesses that buy outcomes delivered by autonomous AI workers.

What You Will Do

You will work directly with our early team to architect and build critical components of XHawk's platform:

• Design scalable "headless" platforms and robust APIs capable of handling millions of daily API calls across hundreds of nodes.
• Architect systems that span multiple cloud providers and geographies seamlessly.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you must embody the following traits:

• Polyglot & Versatile: Comfortable navigating between Python, Go, and Typescript stacks. The ability to pick the right tool for every job is essential.
• AI-Native Builder: Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and a deep understanding of challenges like context windows and agentic loops.
• Systems Thinker: You understand distributed systems architecture and how to build platforms that scale horizontally.
• Massive Scale & High Ownership: Thriving in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment. You don't wait for tickets; you proactively identify problems and solve them, especially where the happy path is a myth due to adversarial real-world domains.

Bonus Points & Skills We Value

While not mandatory, these experiences will give you an advantage:

• Familiarity with lexical search, embeddings, graphs, and query systems (e.g., vector databases).
• Experience managing 10s of parallel tasks using modern coding tools.
• A track record in fast-paced startup environments.
