Full Job Description
About the Role: We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise beyond just frameworks. We look for someone who excels in clear thinking, efficient algorithm design, and full ownership of their work. Your role will involve building data-intensive, real-time systems in the energy and IoT sectors, where strong logical reasoning is as critical as your technical skills.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS, Context API, Formik, Yup
- Backend: Node.js, AWS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
- Database: MongoDB, Aggregation Pipelines, Time-Series Data
- Nice to have: PrimeReact, ECharts, Moment.js, Docker
Domain Experience (Highly Valued):
- Energy trading or ETRM systems
- EV charging platforms (OCPP/OCPI)
- IoT platforms and real-time device data
- Energy Management Systems (EMS)
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade React applications
- Designing and implementing efficient algorithms and data-processing logic
- Building scalable backend systems handling real-world loads
- Deep understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis internals
- Advanced MongoDB skills (aggregation pipelines, time-series data)
- Developing complex, stateful UIs with forms, data tables, and real-time updates
- Proactive ownership—identifying and resolving issues before they’re assigned
