Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our client's team in India (Remote). Key Responsibilities

• AI System Optimization: Contribute expert-level knowledge to bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization across multiple programming languages.
• Code Quality Assurance: Analyze and enhance software architectures ensuring clarity, maintainability, efficiency, and scalability for large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide feedback on AI model improvements. Evaluate existing system architecture and recommend technical strategies for optimal results.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Develop robust solutions, document best practices, and deliver clear communication regarding technical findings to support continuous improvement workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Proficiency in Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript is essential. Experience with C++ or Go is a strong asset.
• Core Competencies: Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning techniques.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience debugging complex software issues in challenging scenarios to deliver maintainable solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail are required for remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
