Full Job Description
The HCL Workload Automation (HWA) Lab services team is seeking an experienced HWA / IWS Scheduler and Administrator to contribute to business growth. This role will primarily focus on the administration, scheduling, and troubleshooting of workload automation systems, in close collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in IWS/HWA administration and scheduling. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with clients, monitoring their workloads, and prioritizing issue resolution to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
