Overview

You will translate product strategy and business priorities into coherent feature sets for scrum teams, acting as a key member in strategizing the future vision for stakeholders. This role combines responsibilities across Feature Lead, Developer, Product Designer, QA Engineer, and Project Manager domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Execution: Drive product vision, roadmap implementation, and growth opportunities while defining market strategies and competitive analysis to ensure business justification for new products.
• Led Architecture & Design: Lead architecture design across investment segments with expertise spanning all components; focus on designing robust data systems within the segment.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate teams at all organizational levels, support Product Managers in planning and performance tracking, and engage directly with customers to gather insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Agile Execution: Convert stakeholder requirements into detailed technical user epics/stories, prioritize backlogs for sprints, participate in grooming sessions, and ensure clear documentation of features. Collaborate on tech decisions ensuring alignment between engineering leaders and architects.
• Innovation & Enablement: Identify process improvements/automation opportunities, propose value distribution across release types, and actively support technical sales enablement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical field with 8+ years of experience in data engineering and product management. Strong expertise required in Java backend development, database technologies (specifically Mongo Atlas), REST API design/consumption, and cloud-native stacks including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.

• Proven track record designing/developing complex software products with exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Redis, Datadog, Codefresh, Security Domain tools, and data visualization like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Spark framework (Snowflake/Databricks) is preferred. Hands-on Terraform experience is a plus.
