Senior Software Engineer I

• Golang (Go) development experience
• PostgreSQL database experience
• Cassandra database experience
• Kafka experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Open to candidates from Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore

• AWS knowledge
• ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Dynatrace
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools including Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot

Role Summary: The Senior Software Engineer I is responsible for developing high-quality software in compliance with coding standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of designs, code, and tests aligned with industry and organizational standards.

• Provide support to Engineering teams with a high attention to detail
• Research, analyze, and document findings
• Influence others within the Software Engineering team regarding policies and practices
• Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems
• Debug production issues across multiple stack levels
• Assist with improving organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Participate in testing through review, witnessing, and certification of software
• Evaluate code for validity, structure, alignment with industry standards, and OS compatibility
