About the Role
The Senior Software Engineer I will maintain existing products and implement new features within our Trillium Data Quality product line. You will focus on Enterprise Data Quality, helping customers gain insights into their mission-critical applications deployed in cloud or on-premise environments (including Data Lakes).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and lead software design reviews.
- Implement new features based on business needs while debugging product defects.
- Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure security vulnerabilities are remediated.
- Participate actively in the Agile development lifecycle across Windows and Linux environments.
Educational & Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field. You must have 5+ years of experience developing enterprise software using C/C++ with deep knowledge of Object-Oriented design principles.
Essential Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for spec-driven development.
- Experience scripting on Windows and Linux (Bash, PowerShell).
- Skill in developing REST APIs with Node.js and writing code in TCL language.
- Familiarity with Jenkins automation and CI/CD pipelines.
