Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Lead, ServiceNow (Techno-Functional Lead) for the DWTechOps organization. This position serves as a vital link between business strategy and technical execution, requiring deep platform expertise to guide support teams on best practices and drive strategic changes.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years architecting solutions in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD and other modules. Proven leadership of at least two full-lifecycle implementations (Analysis to Production).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs, PowerShell, and ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Affinity for Tech: Mastering CMDB structure and CSDM framework (e.g., ITSM/ITOM).

Detailed Requirements

You must be able to articulate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and bridge business requirements with development teams. Experience working under Windows with MS Visual Studio is required.
