Senior Software Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW
A Full Stack Engineer position requiring strong AI skills to design, develop, and deploy applications using Claude AI and GenAI tools throughout the SDLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate quick learning ability with deep understanding of system design across Java, Python, JS.
• Review code at scale and handle substantial PRs regularly.
• Utilize AI/SDLC frameworks (BMAD, GSD, SPECKIT) in daily workflows.
• Design end-to-end web applications integrating UI, APIs, databases, and AI features.
• Build scalable production-grade RESTful APIs using Python.
• Develop responsive front-ends with Angular 16 or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities (OpenAI, Azure AI, Claude Anthropic, AWS) via APIs into product features.
• Leverage Claude AI for code generation, review, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Apply prompt engineering to boost development productivity.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, QEs, and BAs within Agile squads.
• Write clean, secure, testable code aligned with architectural standards.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support cross-platform optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
• Integrate asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) where required.
• Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

MANDATORY SKILLS:Angular, Java, JavaScript, Microservices, Python.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:Application Security, Architecture Patterns, Claude Code, Design Patterns, Software Engineering, SpringBoot, TypeScript.

SALARY & EXPERIENCE:This role targets Full Stack Engineers with 3-5 years experience (proficient) to 6-8+ years (specialist).
