Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Steigen Elevators in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for building software that powers Networking Planning, Transportation, and Shipment operations. You will design and deploy applications supporting our transportation network, modify specifications of complex systems, and collaborate on peer code reviews within a cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities include leveraging AWS to implement serverless architectures, working closely with product managers to prioritize features, and designing LLM-powered solutions for logistics challenges such as automating operational workflows. You will also champion AI-assisted engineering practices by integrating machine learning into CI/CD pipelines.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience building applications in high-traffic production environments using JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education/experience.
• Proficiency with AWS (preferred), GCP, serverless patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
• An enthusiastic understanding of the AI landscape, including experience applying modern trends like LLMs and prompt engineering to real-world problems using tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or network orchestration systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment (preferred).
• Strong proficiency with React and Node.js for end-to-end development.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year (INR).
